Paste your MCP link, get a voice agent

Leadlock voice agents book into the software your clients actually run. Connect Leadlock to Claude or ChatGPT once, then build, wire up and ship an agent just by asking.

The connector URL:

1. Create a Leadlock account

   Sign up at app.leadlock.ai/signup?channel=web and pick a plan. The connector needs an owner or admin login on a Starter, Agency or Pro plan.

2. Add the connector

   In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors. Click Add, then Add custom connector, paste https://mcp.leadlock.ai/mcp and click Add. In ChatGPT, add the same URL as a custom connector (developer mode). Sign in with your Leadlock email and password, then click Approve. Screenshots: Connect Leadlock to Claude.

3. Ask it to build an agent

   Start a new chat and describe the agent you want, or hand it a website:

   • "Build a voice agent for Acme Plumbing that answers calls and books jobs."
   • "Build a demo for https://acmeplumbing.com"

   It uses create_agent for a new agent, or build_demo_from_url to build an agent and a live demo page from a website. Every new prompt is checked against the house rules (lint_prompt) and the review is shown to you. For booking, GoHighLevel calendars work out of the box: list_calendars shows the connected ones. A new agent answers no phone calls until it is put on a phone number.

4. Connect your own tools

   Give the agent your own tools with connect_tools: point it at any remote MCP server (an https URL) and the agent can use that server's tools during calls. This is how ServiceTitan and anything else with an API can be connected. A bearer token, if the server needs one, is stored encrypted and never shown again. You can limit the agent to a list of up to 50 tool names. It shows a preview first and saves only after you say yes, then reads the agent back to confirm.

5. Put it on your site

   Ask for a talk link: create_demo makes a demo page for the agent. Then get_voice_doors returns every way to reach it: the talk link, an iframe snippet, the phone number, and the script tag that puts the agent on any website:

   Paste it before </body>. Visitors click the orb and talk. What the script sends over the wire: Voice frame protocol.

6. Get a phone number

   get_phone_number first shows numbers the account already owns and has free, then numbers for sale in the area code you ask for. Buying one adds a monthly phone-number charge to your Leadlock account, so it asks you to pick and confirm before it buys, then routes the number to the agent. Buying needs an agency account; on any other account, route a number you already own instead. To use a number you already own, assign_phone_number routes it. Then place_test_call rings your own phone so you can hear the agent live.
